What is Reiki?


Reiki is a gentle energy healing practice that supports the body’s natural ability to heal itself. It works by channeling universal life force energy through light touch or hands held just above the body, helping restore balance on a physical, emotional, mental, and energetic level.


Reiki doesn’t force change — it allows what’s ready to shift.


How does Reiki work?


During a Reiki session, energy flows to where it’s most needed. The practitioner acts as a conduit, while your body chooses how to receive. Reiki helps calm the nervous system, clear energetic blockages, and bring the body back into a state of safety and balance.


People often experience warmth, tingling, emotional release, or deep relaxation.


Why is Reiki beneficial?


Reiki supports healing by creating a space where the body feels safe enough to release and restore.

🌱 A personal note


Reiki has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. My mom is a Reiki Master, and I’ve witnessed firsthand how powerful, gentle, and transformative this energy can be. I’ve seen her help hundreds of people through their healing journeys, including supporting and healing those navigating serious illnesses such as cancer. Now, I’m on my own path toward Reiki certification—deepening my relationship with this practice and learning how to hold space with intention, integrity, and care.


This work isn’t just something I’m studying — it’s something I’ve grown up with, felt, and trusted.
